Wonder Woman!
Comic-Con International: San Diego will see a major presence for Wonder Woman's 75th anniversary celebration, as DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. descend on the convention center in her signature Invisible Jet.
Yes, the Invisible Jet will be at the show, on the corner of Island and 6th downtown San Diego, and fans can take a photo op in the cockpit. On the show floor, fans can compare the costumes of Lynda Carter's 1970s Wonder Woman TV show and Gal Gadot's 2017 Wonder Woman film, with props from the latter also present. Gadot, Chris Pine, and Connie Nielsen will also be at the DC booth for autographs Saturday from 12:15 to 1pm, but fans have to get wristbands at 6am in the Sails Pavilion in order to attend.
Suicide Squad!
Suicide Squad will also have a hefty presence, with costumes and props on display, a comic-based panel on Friday, and a movie signing on Saturday from 1:15-2:00pm. You'll need those lottery-won 6am wristbands again, but you'll get to meet virtually the entire principal cast, including Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) Will Smith (Deadshot), Jared Leto (The Joker), Joel Kinnaman (Col. Rick Flag), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Jay Hernandez (El Diablo), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Scott Eastwood (Lieutenant GQ Edwards), Cara Delvingne (Enchantress), Adam Beach (Slipknot) and Karen Fukuhara (Katana).
Walking Dead Panel and Q&A Session - Friday 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Whoever Negan killed will be at The Walking Dead Comic-Con panel in San Diego (scheduled for Friday, July 22, at 1 p.m. in Hall H). We know this because AMC is bringing out the entire line-up of death: Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Chandler Riggs, Michael Cudlitz, Sonequa Martin-Green, Christian Serratos, Ross Marquand, and Josh McDermitt.
They’re also bringing Negan himself, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, as well as producers Scott M. Gimple, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, and David Alpert. Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick will moderate.
Norman Reedus and Steve Yeun will also be making an appearance at SYFY's LIVE FROM COMIC CON hosted by Will Arnett on Thursday, July 21 at 8pm on the outside stage. More info
Game of Thrones Panel and Q&A Session - Friday 2:15pm - 3:15pm
Official write up: Based on the bestselling fantasy book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin, HBO's Emmy and Golden Globe-winning series Game of Thrones concluded its 10-episode sixth season in June and will begin filming its seventh season later this year. The series, executive produced and written by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, is an epic story of treachery and nobility, set on the continent of Westeros, where summers and winters can last years. Cast panelists include (in alphabetical order) John Bradley as Samwell Tarly, Liam Cunningham as Davos Seaworth, Nathalie Emmanuel as Missandei, Conleth Hill as Varys, Faye Marsay as The Waif, Hannah Murray as Gilly, Kristian Nairn as Hodor, Iwan Rheon as Ramsay Bolton, Sophie Turner as Sansa Stark, and Isaac Hempstead Wright as Bran Stark. South Park comes to life…at Comic-Con! Comedy Central andSouth Park Digital Studios will kick-off the global celebration of the Emmy® and Peabody® Award-winning series’ 20th season by bringing “South Park” to life in San Diego. The ultimate, interactive fan exhibition honoring the epic 20th season begins on Thursday, July 21 and runs through Sunday, July 24 at the Martin Luther King, Jr., Promenade Park, across from the Convention Center. A “South Park 20” panel moderated by “@midnight’s” Chris Hardwick will take place on Friday, July 22 at 5:00 p.m. in Hall H.
The centerpiece of the celebration, “South Park 20 Experience,” will allow fans to explore and insert themselves into 20 iconic and fan favorite scenes. Visitors can recharge their bodies, minds and devices at the Hulu Viewing Lounge, which will be screening episodes across all seasons of “South Park.” “The Coon & Friends Experience” from Ubisoft featuring real-world items from the highly-anticipated new video game, “South Park: The Fractured But Whole” will be open to explore. Twenty unique artists will honor “South Park’s” 20th season with new work that has been curated by world-renowned pop culture artist Ron English. Fans can also visit a retrospective gallery featuring original animation cells from the pilot episode of “South Park.” All this and much, much more will be available at the “South Park 20 Experience.”
FX VR Experience
FX Networks is headed to the City in Motion, bringing innovative activations and live entertainment to San Diego this July. FX Networks will take center stage at Hilton Bayfront Park during San Diego Comic-Con July 21-24, 2016 with groundbreaking activations and installations of fan-favorite shows Archer, American Horror Story, The Strain, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, and Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll. FXhibition will transport guests to each FX series through a visually arresting, one-of-a-kind interactive art space featuring the riveting American Horror Story Fearless VR Experience.
FXhibition will also offer Comic-Con revelers iconic photo opportunities with some of the network’s most beloved series. Art installations include:
The Strain will erect a 25-foot “infected” Lady Liberty statue.
Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll’s turbulent rock culture will be illustrated through a dramatic larger-than-life installation, featuring a smashed guitar with broken pieces several feet in size for a life size exhibit.
On display in the FX Sculpture Garden, fans can take advantage of social media worthy photo opportunities with iconic characters sculpted as busts including, Archer’s “Pam Poovey,” American Horror Story: Asylum’s White Nun, Man Seeking Woman’s Troll, The Strain’s “Quinlan,” Baskets’ Clown and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’s “Frank Reynolds” as the “troll” character from The Nightman Cometh.
It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’s Paddy’s Pub will offer an escape from the heat providing water on tap for fans to stay cool throughout the day. A real bar will house the water taps and consumers will receive a branded collapsible cup to enjoy their drink. The FX Lounge will also be available throughout the day to provide shade and entertainment, where guests can rest their feet in seating inspired by some of the world’s most iconic chairs re-interpreted as notable props from various FX series, including the American Horror Story: Hotel Mattress as a Barcelona Bench and Archer’s Martini Olive as an Oliva Chair.

The Art of Nancy Cartwright
The Chuck Jones Galley will host an event to show paintings and sculpture from renowned voice over artist Nancy Cartwright (aka Barth Simpson!) on Saturday, July 23rd at 7:30pm during San Diego International Comic Con. The event is her first ever art gallery exhibition and reception, and is open to the public.
The Emmy and Annie Award-winning actress is best known as the voice of spikey-headed underachiever Bart Simpson on Fox’s 27-year-iconic hit, The Simpsons. In her 34-year career at the microphone, Nancy has lent her voice to hundreds of other award-wining animated series, including Rugrats (Chuckie); Kim Possible (Rufus the Naked Mole Rat); Richie Rich (Gloria); Animaniacs (Mindy); and Chuck Jones’ final work, Timberwolf.
